Lionsgate is a planned unit development established in 1984 comprising of fifteen (15) Townhomes and fifty-five (55) Single family homes surrounded by an 18 hole golf course and waterway system in Tiger Point Village subdivision.

The community has an active compliance committee to ensure members remain compliant with the govenering documents.

Membership is mandatory in the association and the assessments are paid quarterly subject to annual budgets.
